What you can do now to get ready:
The next Nimble Fingers retreat will take place in-person at Hallowood Retreat Center (www.hallowood.org) from Friday, May 13 – Monday, May 16, 2022 (yes, this is a different schedule than usual). We believe that the pricing is unchanged from last year but are waiting for confirmation: the 3-day, 2-night option (Fri.-Sun.) was $320 and the 4-day, 3-night (Fri.-Mon.) option was $424. This includes your own table in a large sewing room, private bedroom with bath, as well as meals. There is space for up to 16 retreaters. We are requiring that attendees be fully vaccinated (self-certified) and mask policy will follow regulations in effect for Frederick County, MD at the time of the retreat (if any).
We are especially encouraging members who have never attended our retreat to consider signing up. It’s such a great way to meet other members in a small group format – by the time you leave, you’ll have 15 new friends!!
If you would like to attend, sign ups will be by email only to Laura Markus at email@example.com beginning no earlier than Friday, March 11 at 9:00pm. Emails are date and time stamped; spaces are allotted in order of receipt, and Laura will email you back to confirm. A deposit of $100 payable to Nimble Fingers is due upon confirmation, with the balance due by May 1.
We always maintain a wait list, because sometimes life happens and plans change. If you have any questions or want more information, please contact Laura or Kim Jalette at firstname.lastname@example.org.
