Yard Sale Setup

Starting at 11:30 a.m.
Izaak Walton League of Rockville / 18301 Waring Station Road / Germantown, MD 20874
We need volunteers to help with setting up the room and sale items. Tasks include:
+ Loading a truck with items at our storage unit (starting at 10:30)
+ Setting up tables at IWLAR
+ Unloading the truck at IWLAR
+ Arranging the flats of fabric, notions, etc. on the tables

11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
(An hour before and an hour after the sale hours)
We need volunteers to join crews to handle:
+ Monitoring and refilling the tables
+ Working the cashier stations
+ Directing traffic in the parking lot
+ Cleaning up and taking down tables afterwards
Snacks and water will be provided downstairs for volunteers. Bring your own lunch.
A note about parking: The lot in front of IWLAR should be reserved for customers.
Carpooling is encouraged for NF members.
NF volunteers should park in the auxiliary lot; a shuttle will be provided to take you to the building.
